On Wednesday, September 17, Erica Skerrett successfully defended her dissertation "Bridging the Digital Divide in Cervical Cancer Detection: Integrating Deep Learning Diagnostic Algorithms into Low-Resource Clinics." Her work in AI deep learning will serve to improve detection of cervical cancer in conjunction with the pocket colposcope, Callascope, and the Calla Health App. Her research continues our mission to provide access to high-quality medical care for anyone, anywhere.

Congrats, Dr. Skerrett!
